1. License
If you receive a playable Raventhora build, Nocturne Vale Studio grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that build for personal, non-commercial play, subject to the version-specific test terms supplied with it.
2. Ownership
The game and all related intellectual property remain owned by Nocturne Vale Studio and its licensors. The license does not transfer ownership of software, artwork, characters, music, systems or other content.
3. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not distribute unauthorized copies, sell access, bypass access controls, use cheats that interfere with online services, exploit vulnerabilities, or use game files to provide unauthorized commercial services.
4. Test software
Alpha and beta builds may be incomplete, unstable and subject to reset. Features and saved progress may change or be removed. Test access does not guarantee access to later tests or the commercial release.
5. Online conduct
When using multiplayer services, users must not harass others, threaten real-world harm, distribute illegal content, impersonate staff, or intentionally disrupt service operation.
6. Updates
The game may require updates to continue using online functionality. Updates can change content, balance, compatibility and technical requirements.
7. Termination
The license ends if you materially breach this EULA or if a time-limited test expires. On termination you must stop using the affected test build where required.
8. Warranty and liability
Pre-release software is provided for testing and may contain defects. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
